Terms of Use

Terms of Use

These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using Breezy TA.

Accounts and authority

Adult users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and report unauthorized use. Teachers may create or supervise student accounts only when authorized by their school and applicable requirements. Users may not share accounts or bypass role, access, usage, or safety controls.

AI output and professional judgment

Breezy TA supports teaching and agricultural-education work, but AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, unsuitable, or outdated. Users must review and approve output before relying on or sharing it. Breezy TA is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or disciplinary decision service.

Your content

Users retain the rights they hold in their prompts, files, projects, and generated materials. Users give Breezy TA and approved providers only the permissions needed to host, process, secure, back up, and deliver the service, and must have authority to submit their content.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Paid services are processed through Stripe under the plan, trial, cancellation, and refund terms shown at purchase. Pricing, renewal, taxes, failed-payment handling, and any legacy-plan terms are disclosed through the applicable plan and incorporated billing policies.

Service changes and account action

Breezy TA may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, safety, nonpayment, legal requirements, or a material policy violation. Appropriate notice and an opportunity to correct or appeal should be provided when circumstances allow.

Governing law and user rights

Georgia law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Users may use the complaint and appeal process below to seek informal resolution.

Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use

Use Breezy TA lawfully, safely, and in support of legitimate education and program work.

Protect people

Do not use Breezy TA for exploitation, grooming, sexual content involving minors, harassment, hate, threats, stalking, credible violence, self-harm encouragement, unlawful surveillance, or privacy invasion. Breezy TA is not an emergency service.

Protect students and private information

Do not submit information without authority, expose credentials, enter unnecessary sensitive student information, use student information for advertising or unrelated profiling, or attempt to view another user’s account, project, conversation, or file.

Use dangerous topics responsibly

Do not seek instructions that facilitate illegal or unsafe use of weapons, drugs, pesticides, chemicals, biological materials, machinery, animals, or other hazards. Legitimate educational content must remain supervised, age appropriate, and subject to qualified human review.

Protect the service

Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, credential stealers, executable payloads, decompression bombs, or deliberately malformed files. Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, forge provider calls, evade controls, disrupt service, or manipulate trials, payments, or refunds.

Use AI honestly

Do not present AI output as verified fact, professional advice, original student work, or a human decision when review or disclosure is required. Users remain responsible for attribution, copyright, factual verification, accessibility, and safe classroom use.

Enforcement and reporting

Breezy TA may refuse requests, quarantine content, revoke sessions, limit features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. Safety flags require human review and do not automatically result in discipline. Report concerns to breezy@breezyta.com without sending passwords or sensitive student records.

Accessibility

Accessibility

Breezy TA is being designed so educators and learners with disabilities can use its public pages and application.

Our target

Breezy TA targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a development target, not a claim that every page, feature, document, or third-party service currently conforms.

How we design

The product is designed for keyboard access, meaningful headings and labels, visible focus, sufficient contrast, zoom and reflow, reduced motion, accessible status and error messages, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

How we test

Accessibility review should combine automated checks with keyboard, zoom, reflow, screen-reader, mobile, and broad-device testing. A clean automated report alone does not prove that a feature is accessible.

Files, AI output, and third parties

Teachers must review generated materials for accessibility before sharing them. Uploaded files, generated documents, payment pages, sign-in providers, and other third-party experiences may introduce barriers that Breezy TA does not fully control.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another usable format, contact breezy@breezyta.com and describe the page, feature, device, browser, and assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords or sensitive student information.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. Verified barriers are prioritized, documented, corrected, and retested. Breezy TA maintains a reviewed scope, known-limitations record, response ownership, and review date.

Questions and concerns

Complaints and appeals

A documented process gives users, schools, and accessibility requesters a clear path to resolution.

Submit a complaint

Email breezy@breezyta.com with enough non-sensitive detail to identify the account, page, policy, transaction, accessibility barrier, or other issue and the resolution requested. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary student records.

Review timeline

We will acknowledge the complaint within five business days, verify identity or authority when necessary, investigate, and provide a written decision within 30 calendar days. If more time is reasonably needed, we will explain why and provide a new target date.

Appeal a decision

Appeal within 30 calendar days by replying to the decision or emailing the same address with “Appeal” in the subject line and explaining why reconsideration is requested. The appeal receives a fresh review of the record and any new information, with a written response targeted within 30 calendar days.

Accessibility and school matters

Jason Peake is the accessibility contact. School-controlled student-data concerns will be coordinated with the applicable school or district privacy authority. Each school or district remains responsible for its own review and authorization before real student use.
